Applique Tree

This week's image from Designed2Delight - I cut and popped  the tree and bird - don't know if you can tell from the picture. I'm thinking spring - I wish the weather would cooperate!

I made these two cards with this week's image from Designed2Delight. I love flower stamps and images because they're so versatile - I can use these cards for just about any occasion.

Big Heart

The heart image is this week's challenge from Designed2Delight. Although I really don't need any more valentines right now, I can't resist participating in this challenge so I can see what the next free digi will be - they're all so cute! This one is free to all until tonight, so grab it while you can! I am also entering in the Creative Inspiration Paints challenge, inspired by: Hearts. I used Fairy Dust paint over the ribbon to give it some shimmer.

For the Birds Snowman

Since most of the country is in the middle of a snow and/or ice storm, I thought this image, from Designed2Delight, would be appropriate for a little different spin on a Valentine's card. I am also entering this card in the Creative Inspiration Paints challenge this week: Inspired by Love, and I also used the sketch on Card Patterns Sketch blog this week. I used CI Paints - Fairy Dust and Tickled Pink.

Bear with Present

This week's digital image from Designed2Delight is this bear carrying an awfully large present!

I am also posting this card to the Creative Inspirations Paint blog - this week's challenge is shades of your favorite color. I don't really have ONE favorite color, but I do like blue/turquoise/teal. I happened to have two paint colors that I hadn't tried yet - Sapphire and Turquoise so I used them here. And since I need a masculine card, it was a good color choice and I kept it simple

Love Ya Cupcake

This card was made with an image from Designed2Delight for their current weely digtal image challenge.  I used Creative Inspirations Paint, in Tutu Pink for the hearts. I added even more sparkle with Stickles and Sparklers on and around the icing - Yummy!

challenge #6 Winter

This card has been sitting on my desk all day, waiting for me to assemble it and add a sentiment. I haven't found the perfect one, nor have I decided what I will use this card for, so the sentiment will be added at a later time. I think that's it for me for the challenges this weekend - I just can't get in the crafting groove today - too much else going on!
