Grateful

Hi Artzy friends - 

Today is one week from Thanksgiving! Are you ready? I am not!

But I am ready to tell all of you how grateful I am to have you in my life with this card created with products from Dare 2B Artzy.

The little tree/leaf/feather element is from the Deck the Halls stamps and dies. I stamped them in different ink colors and placed them in rainbow order in a circle, around a circle cut with a die from the Double Dot Circle Framelit die set. I stamped and die cut a snowflake from the same stamp and die set and placed in the middle of my "mandala" design.

I cut the word grateful out of glitter paper using a die from the Grateful Layered word dies set, and added it to my card along with a stamped "for you" from the Grateful stamp set.

Be an Alpaca (or a Llama?)

 Hi Artzy friends -

It's time for a new monthly challenge on the Dare 2B Artzy blog! The November theme is "Anything But a Birthday Card." Easy, huh? Whenever I want to create, and it's not the holiday season, my go to card is one I can add to my birthday card stash to be ready all year long. It's nice to make some more general cards to have on hand to send out for any occasion, or no occasion at all.

This cutie is made with the Spit Happens and Alpaca Cake stamps and dies. The great thing about these products is that you only need to purchase ONE die set to cut the images from TWO stamp sets! The way I see it, that leaves me with more money to buy more stamps and dies! 

The sentiment I stamped on the inside of this Center Step Card cracks me up every time I see it, and I think it's a perfect one to send to a friend, just because! It also reminds me that I need to research the difference between an Alpaca and a Llama! Google, her I come!

Ready for Winter?

 Hi Artzy friends - 

I'm really not ready for the snow and cold. But it doesn't matter - it's coming whether I like it or not! I may not love winter weather but I do enjoy making winter cards, especially when I have adorable images to create them with!

This cute snowman from the Frosty Hello stamps and dies sets is prepared with his hat, scarf, and warm beverage! The trees and sentiment are from the same set.

My two background layers are cut with the Slim Mini Snowflake Background die set. I used a white glitter cardstock for the snowflake layer. I also cut a snowdrift out of white glitter cardstock using a die from the Curve Slimline Border set (and cut it down to fit on my mini slimline card) My sentiment banner is from the same die set.
