Dare 2B Artzy 2022 Favorites

 Hi Artzy friends -

It's time for my annual "Favorites" post!

Dare 2B Artzy came out with lots of great stamps, dies, and papers this year and I want to share a few of my favorite cards from the past year with you today.

First up is a slimline shaker card featuring the Mermazing stamps and dies sets.

These mermaids are fun to color and coordinate with the Make Waves paper collection.

My next favorite was a holiday card I made as part of a Christmas in July themed challenge.

This card is a mini slimline card created with the Slim Mini Snowflake dies and the trees are from the Deck the Halls stamps and dies. I'll take any excuse to make a rainbow card! 

This Purse Gift Card Holder is a recently released die set that I have already found many uses for! It's so cute and clever, and fun to create with all of your different Dare 2B Artzy papers, like the new in 2022 Everything is Blooming collection.

I completed my project with a flower from the Breezy Blossoms stamps, dies, and stencil, and a tag from the Mini Gift Tags die set.

The holiday release in 2022 included this adorable snowman from the Frosty Hello stamps and dies sets.

I created this mini slimline card and matching envelope featuring the snowman, along with the Slim Mini Envelope die set and papers from the Holiday Magic collection.

The Reindeer Games set is an oldie but a goodie and he looks so cute on this Pop Up Feature card! 

I hope you enjoyed taking a look back at Dare 2B Artzy products and projects from the past year with me.

Grateful

Hi Artzy friends - 

Today is one week from Thanksgiving! Are you ready? I am not!

But I am ready to tell all of you how grateful I am to have you in my life with this card created with products from Dare 2B Artzy.

The little tree/leaf/feather element is from the Deck the Halls stamps and dies. I stamped them in different ink colors and placed them in rainbow order in a circle, around a circle cut with a die from the Double Dot Circle Framelit die set. I stamped and die cut a snowflake from the same stamp and die set and placed in the middle of my "mandala" design.

I cut the word grateful out of glitter paper using a die from the Grateful Layered word dies set, and added it to my card along with a stamped "for you" from the Grateful stamp set.

Christmas in July

Here is my mini slimline card for the challenge - 

I created my rainbow colored trees with stamps and dies from  Deck the Halls.

My sentiment is from the Rocking' Holiday stamp set, and the sentiment strip is from the Slim Mini Wavy Layers die set,

I cut the white on white snowflake background with dies from the Slim-Mini Snowflake Background Dies set.

Yeti for Christmas!

 Hi Artzy friends -

December is here and so are the snowflakes and the holiday season!

Today I am sharing a mini slimline card that would be perfect to send to your friends to get them in the mood for a white Christmas!

This tangled-up-in-lights yeti is from the Yeti 4 Winter stamps and dies set. The icy blue trees are from the Deck the Halls and Joy to the World stamps and dies sets. 

I cut a curvy edge onto a panel of snowy background paper from the North Pole Holidays paper collection with a die from the Wavy Slimline Borders. I then adhered it onto a strip of whit cardstock and cut my background with the largest die from the Slim Mini Wavy Layers dies, creating a dotted edge all around my card front. 

I then stamped Merry Christmas with a stamp from the Toboggan Fun stamp set, and adhered my card front onto a mini slimline size card base. I added my yeti and trees to complete this wintery holiday card.

Christmas Tags

Hi Artzy friends - 

Dare 2B Artzy has some unique  nested shape dies that make great tags!

Both tags feature ornaments from the Deck the Halls stamp and die sets. I colored the ornaments with Copic markers and added some detail with Sakura Glaze pens to add a little shine.  The background papers are part of the Merry and Bright collection.

The Happy Holidays stamp is included in the Reindeer Games stamp set, and is stamped on the smallest die in the Rectangle Framelits die set.

The first tag base was created with 2 sizes of the Oval Scalloped Framelits dies.

My second tag base was created with 2 sizes of Rectangle Fancy Framelits dies.

A Joyful Holiday

 Hi Artzy friends -

Today the talented designers from the Dare 2B Artzy design team are showcasing some new seasonal products in an Instagram hop. 

I created this mini slimline card using a pretty bird image from the Joy to the World stamp and die sets.

The solid images in this set quickly make a big impact on your projects - no coloring required! I heat embossed my bird with Distress Embossing Glaze. By repeating my embossing ink and embossing glaze layers, I achieved a shiny "enameled" look. I wish it was easier to capture this in a photo!

To add to the festive, holiday feel of this card, I cut the Slim Mini Snowflake Background die out of silver glitter paper, and mounted it on the white scalloped layer from the same die set. The background paper is from the Deck the Halls paper pack.
