Birthday Wreath

 Hi Artzy friends -

The weather here has cooled down just a tad lately. I love the days when I can open all the windows in my house and turn off the a/c! 

In honor of the almost fall-like weather I decided to create a card with fall-like colors, although this stamp can be used year round for a wide variety of occasions!

The image is from the new Flower Wreath stamps and dies sets. I stamped my sentiment, from the Simply Birthday stamp set, using Versamark ink on vellum, and heat embossed it in gold.

The center background panel was created with the Leaf and Grunge Dots stencil and Simon Hurly Solar Paste, in the Royal Flush color.  The solar paste changes color depending on how you tilt it in the light - so cool! 

The side patterned paper panels are from the Artzy Everyday Prints 6x6 paper pack which is perfect for all of your fall card making!

Artzy Clubhouse - February 2024

 Hi Artzy friends -

Have you heard about Dare 2B Artzy's new Stamp and Die Club? You can find out all about it here!

The Clubhouse set for February is called Spring Chicken, and it's got lots of adorable images and a great variety of sentiments.

Additional products used for my card are the Slim Mini Flower Patch dies, the slider channel from the Wavy Slimline Border dies, a sentiment stamp from Simply Birthdays, and banner die from Slim Mini Wavy Layers.

Watch how this chick slides over to present his chick friend a bunch of spring daisies for her birthday!

These stamps and dies will be available soon in the Dare 2B Artzy store, and I look forward to sharing more cute card ideas using these chicks!

Sparkly Birthday

 Hi Artzy friends -

You might need your shades for this card!

This card contains all things sparkly,  shiny and glittery!

My background was created with the Quilted Flower Background die and my Spellbinders Glimmer hot foil machine. I think it's awesome that you can foil with your dies!

I cut the Candle Pocket die out of a really pretty holographic cardstock, and cut the flame pieces out of blue glitter cardstock. This pocket is all ready for a gift card.

I cut the same blue glitter cardstock with the "HAPPY" die from the Happy Birthday Layered Die w/ Balloon set.

I stamped "Birthday" with a stamp from the Simply Birthday stamp set, and heat embossed it in silver.

There are so many ways to add shine to your card!

Impossible Birthday Card

 Hi Artzy friends-

Happy new year! I love the holiday season but I also love getting back into my craft room and spending some time by myself playing with my stamps and dies!

Something I usually find myself needing to do at the beginning of a new year is building up my stash of birthday cards. I've spent the past several months exclusively making holiday cards and my supply of other cards has been dwindling.

I love that many of Dare 2B Artzy's holiday stamps and dies can be used all year long!

I created this birthday card with the new Impossible Fold Die and the Baking Sweet Memories stamps and dies. 

The sentiments are stamped from the Simply Birthday Stamp set. I can see myself using this stamp set on just about every birthday card I make! 

The Impossible Fold die set comes with many "extra" dies that can be used to cut layers for this fun little pop up card, and on all of your other cards and scrapbook layouts as well! I used papers from the Home for the Holidays collection, many of which can also be used year round.

 

This card folds flat to fit in an A2 envelope for mailing, and "pops up" when you take it out of the envelope. It's so easy to create with this die set!
