Dare 2B Artzy Stamptember 2025 Collaboration

 Hi Artzy friends!

The month of September is an exciting time for stampers and card makers! Each year throughout the month of September, Simon Says Stamp celebrates the stamping industry by collaborating with many companies in the industry to offer an exclusive stamp and die set

Today I am happy to share the 2025 collaboration with Dare 2B Artzy. This cute holiday set, called Merry Mix and Match is available only from Simon Says Stamp, and only while supplies last.

You can purchase the stamps and dies as a bundle, or the stamps only.

I love the versatility of this set! You can use the images as snow globes or ornaments!

I stamped some of my images in black ink, and heat embossed  some with gold embossing powder, and colored them with Copic markers. I love to add lots of sparkle and shine to my holiday cards so I also added some Stickles and a sparkly gel pen to the snow in my images.

Impossible Christmas Card

 Hi Artzy friends -

My card today features new holiday stamps, dies, and papers from the Winter Escape collection.

I created my card with the Impossible Fold Die. While it may look "impossible" creating a card with this die set is super fun and easy, and I love that it includes so many useful extra layers! 

All of the images and sentiments used are from the Christmas Magic and Cabin Retreat stamps and dies sets. The patterned paper is from the Winter Escape collection.

I enjoyed coloring all of the little holiday images and adding a little sparkle here and there. I even experimented on the stocking with an old product in my stash called Sparkly Fluff!

A Beary Happy Holiday

Hi Artzy friends -

It's December! And that means winter and the winter holidays are right around the corner!

It's a cold and blustery day where I live today, and I'm not happy about it! But if the cold and snowy days looked like this card I'd be all for it!

I love everything about the Slimline Snowflake dies from Dare 2B Artzy, especially its versatility! I love that I can die cut the whole snowflake border and cut it down to fit whatever space I need it to. In this case I used it to create a border for my A2 card. (Stay tuned tomorrow for another use!) This set also comes with the sentiment dies seen here, as well as a beautiful stand alone snowflake, and even a pair of mittens! 

Cutting the border and sentiment out of a holographic cardstock makes this card extra shiny, reflective, and "wintery!" 

The adorable skiing bear come from the Skisons Greetings stamp and dies sets. The snowy background paper is from the Holiday Magic collection.

Time to Get Jolly!

Hi Artzy friends -

Even though it's a beautiful 72 degrees today in central Ohio, I feel like it's time for me to get serious about making holiday cards. And even though I tend to bypass making autumn themed cards so I can get a head start, I find I am still in a panic in mid December trying to get my holiday greetings completed and out the door. 

Dare 2B Artzy's Pop Up Feature die set creates a fun card front that can also be used on its own and works well with just about any stamp sets you may have. It's quick and easy to make and it makes a big impression!

I really enjoyed making this card with the Reindeer Games stamp and die sets. The reindeer in this set is so fun to decorate with all of the included baubles, and he makes a big statement when he stands up upon opening the card.

Of course there are several cute sentiments included in this set and lots of places to include them on this card.

The patterned papers I used for this card are from the Holly Days 6 x 6 Paper Pack, which is perfect for all of my holiday cards!

I created my rainbow colored trees with stamps and dies from  Deck the Halls.

My sentiment is from the Rocking' Holiday stamp set, and the sentiment strip is from the Slim Mini Wavy Layers die set,

I cut the white on white snowflake background with dies from the Slim-Mini Snowflake Background Dies set.

A Joyful Holiday

 Hi Artzy friends -

Today the talented designers from the Dare 2B Artzy design team are showcasing some new seasonal products in an Instagram hop. 

I created this mini slimline card using a pretty bird image from the Joy to the World stamp and die sets.

The solid images in this set quickly make a big impact on your projects - no coloring required! I heat embossed my bird with Distress Embossing Glaze. By repeating my embossing ink and embossing glaze layers, I achieved a shiny "enameled" look. I wish it was easier to capture this in a photo!

To add to the festive, holiday feel of this card, I cut the Slim Mini Snowflake Background die out of silver glitter paper, and mounted it on the white scalloped layer from the same die set. The background paper is from the Deck the Halls paper pack.

Happy Christmas in July!

I created this card using the new Slim Mini Wavy Layers dies to cut my background layer. 

I cut my snowflake border out of silver glitter paper using the Slimline snowflake dies. I love the versatility of a slimline die that can be used on any size card! 

The sentiment is heat embossed in silver with a stamp from the Toboggan Fun stamp set.

This is a simple card but I think it makes a big impact. And it would be an easy one to mass produce for your holiday cards!

Time for Holiday Cards!

 Hi Artzy friends-

Happy Thanksgiving to you! I hope you are all having a nice quiet, safe holiday. I'm sending you all virtual hugs, with the hopes that we will all be able to see other soon for the real thing!

If you're like me, you have good intentions of working on your holiday cards early, but the real card making frenzy doesn't start until after Thanksgiving. Please don't tell me that your cards are already made, signed, and addressed! Haha! 

My husband saw me making this card and loved it! He wants me to make it for all of our family and friends this year. While I don't usually mass produce my holiday cards, this one wouldn't be too difficult to do, so I will definitely be making more of them!

I cut a piece of white cardstock with the largest die from the Wavy Slimline Framelit die set. I love the nice finished look that a dotted border gives on a card panel. I then cut the bottom of the panel with one of the wavy dies from the Curvy Slimline Border die set. The border dies in this set are also dotted, so they pair nicely with the slimline framelits. I placed the white panel with the curved edge in my Misti so I could set up my image and sentiment stamps to stamp right where I wanted them. The stamps are from the Just Chillin' stamp set.  This image is super quick and easy to color and I just love the little penguin sitting on the polar bear's head! 

This set has some other super cute images, as well as some snowflakes included. 

The snowflakes I used here were from the Slimline Snowflake die set.  Some were cut out of glitter paper; some were glittered with Stickles. You could use any kind of glitter or glittery medium you'd like to make your snowflakes sparkle! 

After my panel was complete I cut a strip of paper from the Snow Much Fun collection and adhered that along the bottom of my card base. I then cut a scalloped edge on a strip of solid blue cardstock using another die from the Curvy Slimline Border set. The curve on the scalloped border die is the same as the curve on the die I used on the bottom edge of my card panel, so I adhered that on the back, so that the scallops just peeked out the bottom of my white panel. I then adhered the piece to my card base, lining up the top edges.

Snowy Holiday

Here is the entire size of the die cut, designed to fit on a slimline card.

The die cut I used on this card was cut out of glitter cardstock, and I simply cut it down to fit across the top of my A2 card.

I just love how detailed and intricate this die is!

The first time I attempted to cut my very thick glitter cardstock, I did not get a clean cut (user error), and had to trim the die cut down as you see here. It was a happy accident as I liked how the card turned out, and proceeded to created the second version as well! 

All these cards needed was the Happy Holidays sentiment also cut from dies included with the Slimline Snowflakes die set, and some pretty, festive patterned paper!
