Puppy Kisses Thanks

Hi Artzy friends!

Today I am sharing another card I created with the Puppy Kisses stamp set. This sweet little pup can be used for many different occasions.  I needed a thank you card and this was the perfect image! 

I was fortunate that one of the first dogs my dog groomer chose to take care of once she was able to begin working again after the quarantine was mine. I have been much more worried about getting her groomed than I was about my own hair! (I just have an inch wide gray stripe at my part - it's fine! Haha!) 

This cutie looks a little bit like my dog at her "fluffiest" 

The word "thanks" is actually adhered to the inside of the card, and peeks through a little window.

Dare 2B Artzy May challenge - In the Garden

Hi Artzy friends!

I have two In the Garden themed cards to share with you. The first one is a Mother's Day slimline card I created with the Flowers for Mom stamps and dies. The flowers in this set are so much fun to color in whatever colors make you happy! I was feeling very "citrusy" when I created this card! Haha!
The sentiment is from the Bouquet 4 You stamp set.

My next card was made with the flower pot image from the Bouquet 4 You stamp set.

I created a simple watercolor background and stamped the image in black ink for a quick, fun, no coloring required card. I cut my watercolor panel and turquoise layer with the Rectangle Fancy Framelits dies.

I hope the month of May brings lots of beautiful flowers to you!

Crafty Gnome Easel Card

Hello, Artzy friends!

Today I am sharing an easel card I created with the our new Dare 2B Artzy Crafty Gnome stamps.

The paper is from the Artzy Doodle collection.

She's got all of her supplies ready to spend a day crafting with her friends! Hopefully she will be able to do that soon! 

This card folds flat to fit in an A2 envelope.

Bee Yourself

Hello Artzy friends!

I hope you are all staying safe and healthy, and getting lots of time to craft, (and mail those cards!)

Today's card is a fun one using the new Buzzy Beez stamps and dies.

I layered three die cut circles, two of them from some pretty paper from the All the Buzz collection , using the Double Dot Circle framelit dies. 

I then sliced the circle into three segments creating three semi circles and adhered them to my card base.

After coloring the bee, I added some shimmer to his wings, popped him up on my card using foam tape, and added my sentiment.

Birthday Pup

Hi Artzy friends! I hope you are staying well!

This cute puppy is ready to wish you a happy birthday!
He is from the newest release from Dare 2B Artzy, which you can find here.

The set is called Puppy Kisses and it can be used for more than just birthdays.

This cute pup is mounted on cardstock cut with the Square Framelit dies and the Wavy Squares Framelits dies, and the sentiment is embossed with gold embossing powder.

One Die, Two Cards

Hello, Artzy friends!

Today I am sharing how I created two cards by cutting a die cut from the Wacky Boxes die one time, and using it as stencil.

After cutting white cardstock with the die, I laid it over another panel of white cardstock and ink blended over them with 4 colors of Distress Oxide Inks.

For the first card, I cut the word "hello" out of black cardstock with the Hello Word die.  I cut the word out two times, layered it together, and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder for a little dimension. This die also comes with a shadow layer and a tag layer, giving you lots of options. 

For the second card, I added a cute little bird and sentiment to the stenciled panel I created. The Little Birdie stamp set  coordinates with the Leaf Background die; the bird image is cut out with the leaf shaped die from the Leaf Background die set! 

I hope you'll try using your background dies as stencils and getting two cards with one die cut!
